Comments: Jeremiah was baptised on 31 May 1703. He was left 5 shillings in his father's Will. In 1738, Robert Boyes was apprenticed to him for seven years to learn the carpenter trade. On 1 March 1785 Jeremiah made a Will to which his brother John was executor. In the parish of Upchurch he owned a butcher shop, a newly planted woodland, measuring 2 roods and 16 perches, two pieces of orchard and garden ground measuring 1 acre, 1 rood, and 39 perches.
