Reuben Jennings Male

Born: 29-Nov-1853
Died: 4-Nov-1890   Reubends died aged only 37 years.  Suffering from Typhoid fever, he knew that he would soon die and asked his dear friend Frederick Grimwood to promise to look after Elizabeth, his wife, and their five children after his death.  Frederick later married Elizabeth.

Occupation: Reuben was a Merchant's Clerk.  It appears that Reuben may have developed a Patent with his partner, the licences of which gave him a high income which probably continued to be a good income for his wife after his death.  His Will, however, states a a personal estate of only £279 4sh 5p.
